Project-Based Learning as a learning tool. An innovative proposal for the subject of Social Research Techniques in the University Degree of Labor Relations

摘要
For decades, European universities have set themselves the challenge of adapting to the requirements of the EHEA (European Higher Education Area).This has meant requiring teachers to undergo continuous teacher training and involvement in the teaching-learning process, not just subject to the lecture. Currently, it is assumed by everyone that teachers must be involved with students, facilitating learning, for which it is also important to motivate students.To improve learning in the subject of social research techniques, the use of project-problem-based learning is proposed in order to contribute to this improvement of the learning process in this subject of the Degree in Industrial Relations. The proposal includes the activities to be carried out by students, the objectives to be pursued and the evaluation criteria, weighted with 50% in four blocks of cognitive competences.
