摘要
This paper presents a novel nonlinear multiscale mathematical model that simulates fluid-solid interactions in the cochlea, targeting early diagnosis of sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL). By incorporating detailed biomechanical properties of the basilar membrane and cochlear fluid dynamics, the model captures nonlinearities and multiscale interactions, providing insights into early mechanical dysfunctions linked to SNHL. Using a hybrid numerical method, the model accurately predicts basilar membrane displacement and cochlear fluid pressure distribution. The results highlight nonlinear stiffness effects as early indicators of SNHL, demonstrating the model's potential for improving clinical diagnostics and developing personalized treatments.
