摘要：
A BSTRACT . This article investigates how product guarantee fits into the regulatory framework of European private international law. It describes the institution trough Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome i ) and Regulation (EC) No. 864/2007 (Rome ii ), as well as the Hungarian meaning of product guarantee. It analyses the challenges posed by the conflict of laws characterization of this non-contractual obligation.
