摘要：
This study aims to analyze the current situation of the implementation of Law on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Thanh Hoa province through the promulgation and implementation of supporting policies for enterprises. In addition, the author also studies the impact of this Law, which was represented by the factor of SMEs supporting policies of Thanh Hoa province, on business performance of enterprise via analyzing results of multivariate regression model with a survey sample of 500 SMEs. Research results indicate that SMEs supporting policies have a positive impact and rank fourth in influencing the business performance along with 6 other factors included in the model
