摘要
In the context of the current global climate change and energy crisis, the dual carbon goals (i.e. carbon peaking and carbon neutrality) have become important international issues. This article uses blockchain technology to design and implement an electronic proof and trustworthy management smart contract system for energy and carbon emissions. Through contract generation, issuance, identification and other technical means, it enhances the transparency, security, and trust of energy and carbon emissions data. Firstly, the system utilizes decentralized technology to enhance the security and immutability of electronic proof. By constructing smart contract components, automated verification and recording of carbon emission data have been achieved, ensuring the authenticity and completeness of data sources. At the same time, smart contracts reduce human intervention and the likelihood of operational errors and fraudulent behavior during the automatic execution process. Finally, generate electronic proof for rapid and accurate review and management of energy carbon emission data, ensuring the credibility and sharing of a large amount of data. The results show that the energy carbon emission electronic proof trustworthy management smart contract component developed based on blockchain technology in this article can not only achieve efficient and transparent data governance, but also help promote the achievement of the dual carbon goals, which is of great significance for sustainable development.
