摘要
In the 21st century, organizations heavily reliant on technology face concerns regarding cyber risks and vulnerabilities in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital forensics. Various industrial financial services, particularly those utilizing sensor-based technology and IoT devices, gain a significant advantage in digital forensic investigations due to a secure blockchain process. The proliferation of these technologies in sectors such as financial services has led to increased vulnerabilities that are often identified during digital forensic investigations, emphasizing the importance of focusing on data capture and data integrity. Recent years have witnessed a surge in serious cybersecurity threats, necessitating a strong connection between forensic investigation and blockchain technology. This paper explores the significance of a digital forensic report with a blockchain-based security framework. A notable challenge in digital forensics involves the difficulty in tracing and identifying malicious actors or illicit activities on the blockchain. Effective incident response and the ultimate investigation results play a crucial role in enhancing the security environment through blockchain technology. This research underscores the importance of securing the final investigation report using a blockchain process in the digital forensic context.
