摘要
This study investigates the efficacy of an AI-driven system in enhancing advance care planning (ACP) education for the elderly in Taiwan. Through multimedia courses and an interactive chatbot, it aims to improve cognition and attitudes towards ACP. Utilizing a quasi- experimental design, the research assesses pre- and post-intervention knowledge and attitudes using a Likert scale. The study aims to determine the system's impact on understanding ACP options and decision-making while exploring its potential to foster proactive engagement in healthcare planning among the elderly. Overall, it highlights the potential of AI integration in ACP education but emphasizes the need for further research to validate its effectiveness across diverse contexts.
