摘要
With the rapid development of football in China and increasing national attention to football talent cultivation, establishing an effective talent development environment has become critical to enhancing the level of campus football. This study aims to identify the key environmental factors influencing football talent development in Zhengzhou, China, to provide empirical support for policy formulation and environmental optimization. The TDEQ-5 was administered to 339 football players (222 males and 117 females) from school football programs in the representative city of Zhengzhou. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine the data. The findings indicate that HQP was the most significant factor influencing the development of football talent, with a regression coefficient of 6.295. Additionally, the study explored gender and age differences, revealing no significant gender differences in overall impact, though age was a relevant factor. These results suggest that improving the quality of preparation and the football talent development environment has a substantial effect. This study offers empirical evidence to support the formulation and optimization of policies for football talent development in Chinese schools, contributing to the overall enhancement of the campus football environment.
