This article focuses on the international cultural exchange case in the digital era, Looking China<middle dot>project, pointing out that it has achieved remarkable results based on China's "unity of knowledge and action" philosophy and Professor Huang Huilin's "Third Pole Culture Theory", forming a new concept of media and interpersonal communication, which provides valuable insights for effective international cultural exchanges in the digital era.
