摘要
Leadership from the Kentucky Nurses Action Coalition, Kentucky Nurses Association, Kentucky Nursing Deans and Directors, and Kentucky Board of Nursing collaborated to address nurse suicide prevention and advance mental health and well-being efforts for 90 000 Kentucky nurses. This article describes tangible outcomes from multiple stakeholders working together to raise awareness about the nursing mental health crisis, prioritize evidence-based preventive strategies, provide resources, and regulate required suicide prevention training for licensure renewal.
