摘要
A 1.6 Tbps (8-channel 224 Gbps/lambda) Silicon Photonic Engine, fabricated using advanced electronic-photonic FOWLP, is successfully demonstrated for the first time, enabling low-cost, volume-manufacturable and highly scalable terabit photonic engines for CPO and LPO.
