摘要：
The study aims to identify the impact of the job title and academic qualification on the creative thinking of employees in supervisory positions in the Ministry of Education of Jordan. Creative thinking was measured with reference to five dimensions, namely authenticity, flexibility, sensitivity to problems, elaboration and fluency. The study sample was selected from a pool of 214 employees in supervisory positions in the Ministry of Education. The study used the analytical descriptive approach, whereby questionnaires were distributed to all study potential participants. The number of respondents was 163 with a response rate of approximately 76%. AThe study results revealed a correlation between both job title and academic qualification and the combined dimensions of creative thinking (authenticity, flexibility, sensitivity to problems, elaboration and fluency).
