This article examines a class of ψ\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\psi $$\end{document}-Hilfer fractional neutral differential systems consisting hemivariational inequalities involving history-dependent operators. By employing fractional calculus, fixed-point technique, and generalised Clarke subdifferential, we exhibit the existence of mild solution. Additionally, an example is presented to demonstrate the main results.
