An innovative glutamine metabolism-related gene signature for predicting prognosis and immune landscape in cervical cancer

Four glutamine metabolism-related genes, UCP2, LEPR, TFRC, and RNaseH2A, were identified, and a novel risk assessment model was successfully developed.The Kaplan–Meier curve results indicated that the low-risk group had favorable prognostic outcomes.The expression levels of the signature genes were significantly negatively correlated with the infiltration of most immune cells.
