Mediale Klavikulafrakturen und Verletzungen des Sternoklavikulargelenks sind selten, können jedoch lebensbedrohliche Folgen haben. Standardisierte Behandlungsalgorithmen oder Leitlinien zu Diagnostik und Therapie existieren nicht. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick zu den einzelnen Topografien und ihrer sowohl operativen als auch konservativen Versorgung.
