摘要
Cerium-zirconium composite is a widely used catalytic additive in three-way catalysts. The accurate determination of the main components and doped elements in the cerium-zirconium composite is of great significance for product quality control. According to relevant product standards, the composition was designed, and the certified reference material was prepared by coprecipitation and solid phase sintering method. The homogeneity and stability of four compounds, including a combined amount of zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide, yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide, and neodymium oxide, were tested by the gravimetric method and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).A one-way analysis of variance(F test) was used to analyze the distribution of each compound. The four chemical components were characterized by 9 laboratories. The certified value is accurate and reliable, the uncertainty evaluation is reasonable, and the period of validity is 2 years. The reference material can provide traceability and evaluation methods for chemical analysis of the cerium-zirconium composite. © 2025, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. All rights reserved.
