CCL25/CCR9在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达研究

摘要
目的 研究趋化因子CCL25,CCL25的受体CCR9在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)中的表达情况以及与UC病变程度和范围的关系及相关性,探讨其在UC发病机制中的作用。方法 用免疫组织化学法检测32例活动期UC及22例正常对照石蜡包埋组织中CCL25及CCR9的表达情况。结果 UC组CCL25及CCR9均为阳性表达。对照组为阴性或弱阳性表达。CCL25及CCR9在UC组的表达与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。UC病变范围越广、程度越重,CCL25及CCR9表达阳性率越高,CCL25和CCR9表达具有相关性(r=0.759,P<0.01)。结论CCL25/CCR9相互作用参与了UC的发生和发展。CCL25/CCR9高低反映了疾病的炎症程度,且可能作为药物治疗的潜在靶点。
