Production technology for high frequency welded stainless steel tube

High frequency welded stainless steel tube has the advantages of high production rate, high efficiency and low cost. It is suitable for the articles that their quality requirements of weld seam are not strict, such as those for ornament. According to the nature of stainless steel, production process and equipment for manufacturing these tubes should be specified. This paper introduced the production technology and the parameters of main equipment such as strip accumulator, forming machine, welding machine and shearing machine. The empirical formulas for calculating strip width and welding power were also given.
