MASTER PLANNING METHODOLOGY FOR URBAN DRAINAGE.

A systems engineering methodology was developed for master planning of the major drainage system in the Denver area under Project REUSE (Renewing the Environment through Urban Systems Engineering). The methodology incorporates a functional description of the urban drainage system, and a systematic process of data acquisition, runoff analysis, concept identification and selection, and master plan development and implementation.
