摘要
A technique for generating single-shot interferometric correlation for ultrashort pulses in the infrared range was presented. The technique utilized nonlinear conductivity in a silicon charged coupled devices (CCD) imaging array. The method was applied for characterization of 100-fs optical parametric amplifier (OPA) pulses with the energy per pulse in the range of 1 μJ. The investigation showed that the technique possesses the potential for real-time detection and the characterization of low-energy pulses.
