摘要
Software engineering as applied to software development and maintenance necessitates a completely new approach. Software engineering methods and tools constitute substantial rationalization factors in the increasingly important development sector. Special attention is paid to the application effects of these methods and tools as well as to the necessity to give them a specific user orientation.
