摘要
The characteristics of the transmission and absorption of electrons with an initial energy of 5-30 keV in massive metals and semiconductors (Al, Au, Cu, Ge, Si) have been investigated experimentally. Experimental relationships have been obtained that describe the transmission and absorption of electrons in massive solid objects. The characteristics of the interaction of electrons with a solid are discussed.
