摘要
With years of rapid development in Hong Kong, the environment is under a lot of strain. Sustainability involves not only environmental resources but the concept relates to economic and cultural resources too. With its relevance to reclamation, it is needed for infrastructure development for the growing demand in transportation network, office space for further economic demand and meeting people's aspiration for higher quality of life. Many people and organizations found that the reclamation for transport infrastructure acceptable. Critics of the plan may not share with the views of the government on other aspects, therefore, the decision making process must be reviewed first to allow creativity and contributions from the public.
