摘要
A historical survey of known partition lines, as proposed by various authors, is presented, together with a proposal for the determination of a new, rational partition line. Exact locations of the partition lines are calculated and results are compared. Facts observed in checking the historical development of the location of the approximate boundary between the turbulent transition flow region and the fully developed rough turbulent flow region, referred to as the Moody-diagram, are reported. 13 refs.
