Putting pulp & paper mills in auto pilot mode

The planning to put pulp and paper mills in auto pilot mode by ABB is discussed. A totally new concept using complete mathematical models of all major processes along with actual measurement inputs is implemented by ABB to achieve total plant optimization. The largest scope of supply of control and information systems with extensive pulp and paper process experience was combined for the pulp and paper industry to implement this optimization concept.
