摘要：
The production flow sheet based on furfural process, main raw materials and the product quality are briefly introduced. The investment in a 100 t/a ethyl maltol production line and its production cost are estimated. Main economic indexes are summarized and the breakeven point and the sensitivity are also analyzed. The most sensitive factor affecting the annual profit margin is the drop of product selling prices. The rise of raw material prices is the second important factor. It seems that the investment expansion and the output reduction are not essential factors.
