摘要
Affordable computer technology now allows even the smallest coatings companies to reengineer their business. Besides affordability, two other factors are driving this trend - the urgency to develop new, environmentally safe paint formulas, and a desire to increase profits. Reengineering of business and providing better service to customers need a computer system thereby giving the company a competitive advantage. Formulators who don't computerize soon may find themselves at a serious competitive disadvantage.
