摘要
The design and physical properties of a demodulator implemented as a topological key in body integrated SHF circuits are considered. The efficiency of the demodulator in the field of digital signal processing at clock frequencies in the order of several and dozens GHz is demonstrated. The disadvantage of the device is a limited band of its working frequencies (up to 20%) due to the use of matching elements in it. Eliminating this type of matching elements from the design would increase the characteristics of the topological key.
