Mathematical modelling of tube hydraulic press fitting in a hole

摘要：
The relations and solving sequence were put forward for boundary problems on the stress-strained state of a tube which is hydraulically press fitted in a hole (the example of a power plant collector of 08Kh18N10T steel. The analysis was done of the residual stress fields at different values of process variables. It was demonstrated that it was necessary for the actual non-linear models to take into account the unloading stress-strain correlation. Residual stresses lower maximum tension stresses to rise the collector service life.
