摘要：

It is shown that the existing theories of thermomagnetic effects are based on incorrect assumptions. A theory of these effects is based on the heating of the electron and phonon subsystems by thermal fluxes and on the existence of eddy currents and thermal fluxes. Possibilities of experimental realization of adiabatic and isothermal conditions are discussed.
