摘要：
We have developed a medical data sharing system that offers a flexible and fine-grained access control mechanism. The original doctor establishes a database for each patient and to ensure strong privacy sets, through simple entry table forms, the access rights of the other medical personnel accepted by the doctor. Excellent security is achieved through the use of Public Key and Attribute Certificates. The doctor can set the rights of team (created by the doctor) or of individuals to read each element of the patient's clinical and personal data.
