摘要：
ICE (Information, Controlling, Decision) is an information system developed to support higher education policy decision-making which has proven itself in practice. It offers very high data import and data analysis flexibility and uses XML technology and the Apache Cocoon based ICE publishing, Framework, which means that it provides a wide range of output formats, simple data exchange with third party programs, and is capable of handling future technologies.
