摘要
The malfunctions of gene networks due to genetic mutations often cause pathologies in the organism. Optimal actions on a gene network can restore its normal operation. In order to find such actions, it is necessary to develop methods of dynamic control of gene networks. In this work, the statements of the problems of optimal control of gene networks and the problem of control in the space of steady-state states and the methods for solving them are presented. A variant of solving such problems is given using a simplified model of cholesterol biosynthesis as an example.
