摘要
Thyristor pulse shapers with leading-edge peaking by semiconductor diodes are described. The devices generate pulses with rise times of 1. 5-3 nsec and amplitudes of 0. 5-1 kv into loads of 75 OMEGA and 1 k OMEGA . The delay of the leading edge relative to the moment of thyristor actuation does not exceed approximately equals 40-60 nsec.
