摘要：

The geological structure of subsalt Lower Permian deposits in the northern flank zone of Precaspian depression is considered. A description of reef-origin traps and hydrocarbon pools associated with them is given. Various methodical ways of finding subsalt reef-origin strucures are set forth. A method of carrying out exploration for oil and gas in these structures is explained.
