摘要
The paper deals with the design of robust or insensitive state observers for linear time-invariant multi-input/multi-output dynamical systems with parameter uncertainties and unknown inputs. Compared with known solutions a new design technique is pointed out which is accomplished more easily. The reason is the possibility to design separately the dynamics of the observer including stability from the robustness with respect to parameter uncertainties and unknown inputs. The existence and the design of such observers are discussed.
