摘要
Large KDP crystals having a high damage threshold against laser light are required for harmonic generation of a 1. 053 mu m high-power glass laser system for nuclear fusion experiment. The internal damage threshold related to the crystallographical directions, growth method, and growth sectors of KDP crystals at wavelength 1. 06 mu m and pulsewidth 1 ns, was investigated.
