Densification mechanism of ceramic coating on inner surface of steel pipe by centrifugal SHS method

摘要
The densification mechanism of ceramic coating on inner surface of steel pipe by SHS (self-propagation high-temperature synthesis) method with centrifugal force was studied. The results showed that the densification of ceramic layer and transition layer would be improved obviously with the increase of centrifugal force, so that the value of centrifugal force is an important parameter affecting the densification of ceramic coating.
