摘要：

Two important input variables to the grinding process, i. e. , wheelwork interface force and wheel sharpness, govern grinding output variables. Stock removal rate, surface finish, surface integrity, size and taper tolerance, and cycle time are all affected. This paper presents a method of controlling the interface force and thereby obtaining better control over the grinding process. The prerequisites for operating untended grinding operations are discussed.
