摘要
Thermal behavior of graft-modified cellulose was studied by using the thermogravimetric method with constant heating rate. Experimental results presented in curves and tables are discussed in terms of the thermal stability of grafted cellulose and the mechanism of destruction. The thermal stability of these materials has been shown to decrease comparatively with the cellulosic material used. The degradation mechanism is very complex occurring by concurrent reactions depending on the nature of the initial cellulosic support and the degree of substitution.
