Enterprise model architecture based on model construct and its modeling approach

Enterprise model architecture and its modeling approach to support enterprise integration were studied. The structural characteristics and internal relationships of enterprise model architecture were discussed, and the concept of reusable model construct (MC) was proposed. The modeling approach based on model construct consists of three steps: reference model architecture synthesis, enterprise model customizing system design and implementation. According to the modeling approach based on model structure, a case study on one-kind-product machinery manufacturing enterprises is illustrated. It is shown that this enterprise model architecture and its modeling approach are practical and efficient.
