摘要
The paper introduces the new measurement uncertainty methodology that is the basis for many new standards and ISA and ASME short courses. Some background and history that led to the selection of this methodology are discussed as well as its application in current SAE, ASME, ANSI, ISA, JANNAF, NRC, USAF, NATO and ISO Standards and documents. This methodology is rapidly becoming the national and international standard.
