After the Curie-point pyrolysis technique has been described and its possibilities in polymer quantitative determination have been increased, an experimental program is reported in which various rubber compounds were pyrolyzed and decomposition products analyzed by gas chromatography. Results of determination of various polymers in rubber compounds are presented in curves and tables. Evaluation of the methods for use in the rubber research and industry is included.
