Unfilled (neat) liquid crystal polymers (LCP) have excellent thermal and dimensional stability, as well as high rigidity, strength, and chemical resistance. Applications range from injection molded components to blown and cast film to extruded sheet and injection blow molded parts. In addition, neat LCPs can also be blended with other polymers to enhance flow, stiffness, and other properties.
