摘要：
The networking industry's long development of frame relay and ATM technology has yielded many of the mechanisms required for implementing QOS in IP networks. IETF is borrowing these QOS concepts and transforming them to operate natively on IP traffic. To date, IETF has developed two standards that provide QOS capabilities. These evolving standards are called Integrated Services (IntServ) and Differentiated Services (DiffServ).
