摘要
The flicker phenomenon is considered from the point of view of its physiological aspects and measurement methods. The development of the international flicker meter is described. The problem of evaluation of the flicker both through the use of the values measured by the instruments and through an approximate analytical evaluation coupled with examples taken as reference is considered.
