China's great leap forward-winners/losers?

A recent report stated that Nine Dragons, Asia Pulp & Paper, Shandong Chenming, and Lee & Man, will likely emerge as China's dominant producers in the next decade. These companies appear to be well connected, withi well located and scaleable greenfield mill sites, access to very cheap and plentiful capital and perhaps most importantly, they have boundless optimism as shown by their recent announcements of bold expansion programs.
