摘要
The recrystallization texture of a low-carbon steel cold rolled to different degrees of deformation has been investigated by neutron diffraction. The results are represented by three-dimensional orientation distribution functions. The recrystallization textures may be understood in terms of several orientated nucleation mechanisms. At low degrees of deformation recrystallization may take place by subgrain growth; at higher degrees grain-boundary nucleation and nucleation in transition bands is assumed.
