Formation of an electrothermal semiconductor film on ceramic base

摘要
It was investigated for formation of semiconductor electrothermal film on surface of porcelain by the present process to carry out thermal deposit of ceramic floor porcelain tile. A new building material called `constant temperature floor' was produced. The problems on sensibilization, nucleic implantation, film growth, deposit rate and temperature field were discussed and analyzed by a large of data of experiment. The forming mechanism and the process were also illustrated.
