摘要：
Vacuum deposited films of indium arsenide formed at various substrate temperatures have been studied for their structural and optical properties. Optical parameters such as absorption coefficient, refractive index and extinction coefficient, of these films are determined from transmittance values with unpolarized light as well as from those of R//s and R//p components of the polarized light for the various wavelengths and film thicknesses. The values of dielectric constant are also evaluated from these data.
